What is your testing procedure for new dogs?
We meet you and your dog at home. If we deem it necessary, we will take a short walk. We talk about the dog, previous experiences, specific behavior problems, etc.
What payment options are there?

Cash, Twint or by invoices are sent every 4 weeks.
Do you have pet or business insurance?
​
Yes, we are fully insured and licensed.
Are there certain requirements for my dog before the first day?
​
Yes; please ensure that regular vaccinations are up to date and that the dog is currently being treated for fleas, ticks and giardia.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
How is access to my apartment organized for the pick-up and delivery service?

If you are not at home at the agreed pick-up time, please leave the key in a secure locker at your home address or give us a key beforehand.
Do you keep me informed during the day?

If your dog joins the pack on the first day, we will give you feedback in the afternoon and evening. We upload recent photos to our social media pages - for the owners of Dog`s.
You should pack the following before your visit to yourdogcare:
- Feed in daily portions
- Chewing items for in between
- Collar and depending on the harness
- Vaccination card
- Blanket, if available
- We ask you to bring your own food to avoid changing the food and to rule out intolerance (stomach/intestinal problems).
